How Fontana Blu, the locator platform, independent suppliers and customers relate to one another.
1. Fontana Blu's role
The Fontana Blu locator is a discovery platform that helps customers find and contact independent water suppliers. The locator is in private beta. Separately, Fontana Blu operates its own bulk-water source and sales in Nakuru, primarily for tanker collection and non-drinking applications. Independent supplier transactions are distinct from those physical operations.
2. Independent suppliers
Suppliers listed on the locator are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their water, pricing, operating hours, delivery, compliance with applicable regulations and any transaction with customers.
3. Verification scope
The pilot includes administrative supplier review, with supplier information and launch checks still being completed. Any business or location review covers those details only. It is not a laboratory test, inspection or certification of water quality.
4. Water categories
Category labels reflect supplier-declared specifications. Fontana Blu does not certify that any water is safe, clean or suitable for drinking. Customers should verify suitability for their intended use, particularly for drinking.
5. Prices and availability
Prices, hours and availability are provided by suppliers and may change. Always confirm details with the supplier before travelling or paying.
6. Future services
Features described as planned, upcoming or future — including ordering, payments, delivery tracking, telemetry, supplier software and AI capabilities — are not currently available and may change.
7. Transparency statement
Fontana Blu commits to clearly distinguishing operating services, pilot technology and planned or future services, not publishing unverified quality claims, not inventing testimonials, partners or certifications, and correcting listing errors promptly when reported.
